I have a deep appreciation for natural light, stunning backgrounds, and thoughtfully selected locations. Each session is crafted to bring out the best in every shot, and I’m dedicated to providing a memorable experience with outstanding customer service. I understand how excited you are to see your images, and I’m committed to delivering the highest quality photos that truly capture your cherished memories. My typical turnaround time for portrait sessions (such as family, maternity, senior photos, and so on) is 1-2 weeks, allowing me to carefully edit and perfect each image. For weddings, turnaround times vary by collection: 6-8 weeks for Collection One, 4-6 weeks for Collection Two, and 3-4 weeks for Collection Three. Once your photos are ready, they’ll be delivered as high-resolution digital downloads or on a USB, based on your preference and/or package details. Every image is treated with care because these are memories you’ll treasure for generations to come.

I now offer a variety of print options including Prints, Canvas Prints, Metal Prints, Acrylic Prints, and more through your high-resolution digital download gallery. Depending on your package, you may also receive folders with prints such as the Rose 4x6 Classic Snap Folder, White 5x7 Classic Snap Folder, or the White 5x7 Light and Bright Folder, each with a Flash Box and Flash Drive/USB. Additional prints and products can be purchased separately if desired.

For wedding packages, you’ll also receive canvas prints and albums for the bride and groom, as well as for the parents. I’m here to help you preserve your memories in the most beautiful way possible!

Yes, with each package, I provide a print release so you can print your images at any printer of your choice. However, I always recommend having your prints professionally done through me to ensure the best quality. Professional photo prints make the most beautiful gifts and lasting keepsakes! Let me take the hassle out of the process and deliver prints that are perfect every time. :)

Yes, I offer flexible photography session payment plans for any package, with options for 3, 6, or 9 months, except for the Budget-Friendly Mini Sessions. All payment plans are interest-free as long as payments are made according to the contract. If you're interested, please feel free to contact me for more details!

During your session, I’ll capture a variety of shots, including group photos, smaller groupings, individual portraits, couples’ images, children’s photos, and candid moments (when applicable). My goal is to provide you with a wide selection of photos to choose from, ensuring that you have plenty of beautiful options to remember the session by.

Yes! Once you’ve paid the retainer or non-refundable booking fee, I’ll send you a location guide with amazing, exclusive spots that many photographers may not know about. At Foreign Perceptions Photography & Design, I take pride in finding unique and memorable locations that will make your photos truly special, and I want to offer them exclusively to you!

Yes, consultations are completely free of charge! I love meeting with potential clients before scheduling to discuss your vision, expectations, and any details for your session. If you prefer, we can go over everything via email, phone, or Zoom—whatever works best for you. Please note that for all packages require a retainer or non-refundable booking fee and a signed contract are required to secure your session/event. The contract can be signed in person during a consultation or sent electronically for your convenience.

I accept Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Facebook Pay, cash, or debit/credit cards (please note that debit/credit cards do have a surcharge, which is why I recommend the first four options). I do not accept checks or PayPal.

Yes, for all portrait packages, I require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your date and time, which is applied to the total session cost. For weddings and events, I require a retainer to reserve your date and time. Please contact me for more details!

Absolutely! Every package includes digital prints, but I also believe in the timeless beauty of physical prints. I offer gorgeous heirloom-quality albums, framed art, and prints in various sizes. Seeing your photos in print will take your breath away, and you’ll treasure having tangible, custom pieces of art to enjoy for years to come.

No worries at all! As the oldest of 8 girls, and having helped raise my special needs sister Aubree, I’m no stranger to the unpredictability of kids. I completely understand that they may have their own ideas, and if we encounter some challenging moments, I’m here to go with the flow. We’ll work through it together, and in the end, you’ll have beautiful images to cherish. Don’t stress, momma—I’ve got you! :)

Natural light is the most flattering for portrait photography, so if the weather doesn’t cooperate and we’re rained out, we’ll either reschedule for another date or relocate to your home—whatever works best for you. Your comfort and satisfaction are my priority!

I know being in front of the camera can feel a bit intimidating, but don't worry—I guide you through every step. My goal is to capture natural, playful, and effortless images while making sure you feel completely comfortable. I’ll provide guidance on poses and hand placement, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

For portrait sessions, your online viewing gallery will include approximately 50-200 images for you to choose your favorites from. Look to your package details to see how many edited images you receive. Also, please note that you can purchase additional. For wedding packages, you will receive all edited photos, which can range from 200 to over 1000, depending on the number of hours of coverage. You’ll have the option to choose digital files or printed artwork from your gallery.
